Please join us for our monthly work party! This Saturday we will be working on the section of trail leading from our RTF tool shed behind Bodo’s up to Hydraulic Rd, with an emphasis on widening the grassy trail section between Hydraulic Rd and the Rt 250 Bypass. On the trail section from the RTF shed to the Rt 250 Bypass the job will primarily be light work cutting back vegetation with hand clippers and loppers. Between Rt 250 and Hydraulic there will be the same type of work but also significant need for chopping with mattocks/pickaxes and then raking the new wider trail until it's level and smooth. There is some poison ivy in the area, and if you wish to use a power string trimmer be particularly sure to wear long pants and a long sleeve shirt. Meet at the RTF Tool Shed at 2030 Morton Drive.
